For 58 years I have peddled a bicycle. Cycling is an extension of me. Touring on a bike allows me to move through a landscape at a pace that is in harmony with the land.

I have enjoyed longer cycle tours through the Netherlands, Ireland, Vermont, South Dakota’s Black Hills, Oregon coast, Eastern Canada, the Canadian prairies (my home), Portugal and most recently Arizona.

My grandfather, Niels Christensen, emigrated to Canada from Denmark in 1933. He loved to bicycle and I named our company in his honour. Every summer I guide cyclists through a wonderful part of Denmark.
